Another of the Franklin Mint large art medal sets. This was one of the earlier art sets and is a very popular one. I’ve seen this set packaged in in a red album with plastic capsules for the medals and in a brown album without capsules. Most of these sets I’ve seen show some tarnish, but can be cleaned if desired, see Cleaning Tips.
